How am I to make the payments?

All payments are to be made only by Demand draft or by local cheque favouring ‘Akshaya Properties’. Overseas client should make their payments through NRE / NRO account.

Additional expenses include - All Local Taxes, Sales Tax on Work Contract or VAT as applicable, one time Building Tax, Corporation Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Statutory Deposits, Assessment Charges, KSEB & KWA charges, Power Cabling Charges and such other taxes/duties, imposed/levied by government. |

Who is liable to pay the Stamp Duty?

The liability of paying stamp duty is that of the buyer unless there is an agreement to the contrary. |
